Terms of hosting services

Terms

Client – natural or legal person, customer of the services provided by the Contractor.
Contractor – a group of persons organizing the possibility of providing hosting services and other services.
Technical Support – the Contractor’s personnel providing technical support.
Content – information, text, programs, music, sounds, photos, graphics, videos, messages, services and other materials located on the Client’s website.
User – a person who receives any information, content or services provided by the Client.
Account – Client’s account.
Reseller – a company that resells hosting services.

Hosting account limits

All services provided by ITFB must be used only for legal purposes and not contradict the current legislation of Ukraine and international legislative acts.

The use of services for copyright infringement, any other illegal actions is prohibited. Clients found in violation of the rules will be completely or partially blocked. Clients who are seen in repeated violations will be removed from our hosting.

The Contractor does not provide services for placing illegal Content on its resource.

List of inappropriate hosting content:

  • Warez, crack resources;
  • pirated archives of movies, music, television and computer programs;
  • Ponzi scheme websites;
  • websites promoting pyramid schemes;
  • torrent trackers;
  • websites distributing smoking mixtures and narcotic substances;
  • casinos, lotteries, betting sites, gambling sites;
  • websites promoting illegal activities;
  • websites are copies of existing sites;
  • websites of a pornographic nature, webcam sites, escort sites;
  • links to erotic sites
  • any software capable of harming the user’s computer;
  • proxy and anonymizers;
  • creating a resource to promote other sites;
  • network scanners;
  • programs for guessing passwords;
  • mass mailing and activities that can be regarded as SPAM;
  • sale of any drugs that require a license without one;
  • any information related to illegal activities
  • etc

Customers who are not sure whether their Content meets our requirements, please contact our technical support team and we will be happy to advise you.

The Contractor may refuse to provide services. Materials that, in the opinion of the Contractor, are obscene, threatening or offensive to a person, containing slander or violating the rules of the Contractor will be blocked or deleted as agreed.

Account ban

An account may be blocked for the following reasons:

  • Posting inappropriate content by the Client;
  • user complaints;
  • provider’s complaint;
  • at the request of the Client;
  • not paying for services on time;
  • spam;

In any other cases, prior to blocking the account, the Client will be sent a notification letter. Failure to respond to a letter (notice of blocking) sent by e-mail within 7 days will result in blocking the site. All complaints of Users must be answered by the Client via e-mail within 7 days.

The client is fully responsible for all actions that were carried out on his accounts. Including, if the login and password to the account became known to third parties. If unauthorized access to the account is detected, we will restrict access to it until the appropriate measures are taken by the Client.

Any Client who sends bulk unsolicited emails (SPAM) will be immediately blocked with notification. Any account whose actions result in an IP address in our company’s IP address space will be blacklisted immediately and notified.

For Resellers

Hostin-cloud does not provide technical or any other support to Reseller Users. In the event that a reseller User contacts our technical support service, we reserve the right to block the Client’s account until the reseller assumes responsibility for servicing the User. For questions of Users that the reseller is unable to resolve on its own, the Client can contact our technical support service. Resellers are solely responsible for the content of the Content on the reseller account.
